Venetian Yacht Club Wedding Photos | Cynthia + Eddie

I’ve wanted to photograph a wedding at Venetian Yacht Club for a long time. It will always be one of my favorite venues for weddings since it was the very same place I was married two years ago. Located in the picturesque village of Babylon, the Venetian Yacht Club is set along the beautiful South Shore of Long Island and overlooks the waterfront of the Great South Bay and Fire Island. The most amazing views are captured as the sun sets and fills the ballrooms with gorgeous soft colors.

Cynthia and Eddie have much in common including their love for dogs. The wedding day was truly a reflection of their love and was an awesome celebration. There are so many details of this wedding that make it absolutely fun and exciting. With the groom and groomsmen wearing matching white sneakers, the guests carrying the bride and groom atop their shoulders and the beautiful bride playing the drums, these were only a few of the things that illustrate this fun bunch and an amazing party.

Although they had originally planned an all-outdoor ceremony, the rain didn’t stop them or damper any moods. Cynthia and Eddie moved their ceremony to the courtyard and it was absolutely perfect. Besides, there’s a popular Italian saying, sposa bagnata sposa fortunata – a wet bride is a lucky bride!
