Liberty State Park Engagement Photos | Christina + Monroe

I feel so lucky to be able to photograph this lovely couple.  Not only because they are fun and easy to photograph, but because they are genuinely good-hearted and down to earth people.  Christina and Monroe are both dedicated runners and competition is definitely in their system.  Not only is that obvious since they are a great looking couple, but their dedication to working hard in life and in their relationship is clearly visible as well.  They are a couple that is completely in love and in sync.  I always tell myself that to reach any goal, whether it’s a finish line at a race or a life goal, it’s always best to complete it with a partner by your side.  With that said, Christina and Monroe are partners that can tackle any obstacles in their path together.

With the unusually warm winter behind us, we embraced the warm early spring weather for our engagement shoot.  And I learned from this photo shoot that New Jersey has some great gems for photography. Photographing at Liberty State Park in Jersey City was such a pleasure. From breathtaking views of the New York City skyline to tall monument walls, we definitely enjoyed our time out there.  Thank you both for being such great company on a beautiful spring day!  You were both so enjoyable to work with!  We’re only several months away to your big day and looking forward to it!
