Dumbo Brooklyn Engagement | Anna + Eric

I had the pleasure of photographing Anna + Eric a couple of weeks ago.  We began our photo session around Dumbo in Brooklyn and worked our way over to TriBeCa.  We really took advantage of the weather we had, and just in time too given the heat wave we had these past two weeks.  With the beautiful weather,  a lovely and fun couple, and the NYC background all set in place, it was the perfect setup for a great shoot.  There were many laughs between all of us.  I also had a chance to chat with Eric about his car.  They say you can tell a lot about a person from the car they own.   His restored red BMW was a beauty to look at. As you can see from the care he puts into his car, I wouldn’t be surprised how well he treats Anna.  And this was well proven from the way Eric lights up around Anna throughout the shoot.

When I photograph a session, my main goals are to capture moments and look for details.  With Anna and Eric, we had plenty of great moments.  I have to admit how lucky I am, Anna and Eric was extremely fun to work with.  They even brought a portable changing station for in between outfit changes.  Clearly you can see how well prepared they are! I can’t wait to see all the details from their destination wedding in Jamaica this fall.
