I had the pleasure of visiting two of my favorite locations in New York City on this recent photo shoot. We started our session exploring Dumbo and worked around the neighboring Brooklyn Bridge Park. Despite the recent heatwave that we had, it did not stop us from having fun in the sun. Our second location was in Central Park, amidst all the runners in the park. Danielle + Adam are avid runners themselves, and it was great to hear all about their running experiences. When I used to run, I remember how much physical and mental strength was necessary to achieve my goal. I always have utmost respect and admiration for those who continue to run and stay dedicated to keep their goals. Thank you both for allowing me to capture these wonderful moments of you two.

Brooklyn Dumbo Engagement Photos | Phyllis + Gene

They say it was the coldest weekend so far this winter, but the chemistry between Phyllis and Gene was definitely hot. Phyllis and Gene decided to choose Dumbo, Brooklyn for their engagement session. With the urban feel, beautiful scenery and wonder food around, why not? I love shooting around Dumbo, there’s just so many great spots around. I am still seeing new things every time I come here. Phyllis and Gene were both very easy to direct and work with. It definitely seems like they enjoyed their day together, and I definitely enjoyed my day getting to know both of them before the wedding. I hope you guys enjoyed your pizza over at Grimaldi’s after the shoot, it’s always good to treat yourself to some good ol’ New York City pizza. There’s about 5 weeks to go until the big day! Congratulations once again!
