On top of this, Jina is very creative and gifted. With her expertise skills in professional make-up artistry, Jina did her own make-up for the wedding and for her five bridesmaids. She also touched up everyone’s hair before the wedding. Jina also handcrafted many details for their wedding, from the hand-made wedding invitations to flower arrangements. Jina really proved to be a true artist. Not to mention, there is something so memorable and meaningful to being hands-on and deeply involved in every aspect of your wedding day.

The wedding ceremony and reception was held at Chateau La Mer, a waterfront-catering hall with an elegant atmosphere. Set on the waters of the Great South Bay in Long Island, it was a beautiful backdrop for a couple that spends a lot of time out at sea. We already know from Jina and Daniel’s engagement session that they love fishing. I almost start to wonder whether Jina and Daniel would cast a rod right into the water if we had a few extra hours to spare.

To Jina and Daniel – Congratulations again and wish you both a lifetime of happiness. It was truly a pleasure to get to know you both during this time and to be a part of your special day as your photographer.

We began our photo shoot at Fort Totten Park, a beautiful location and not just an ordinary park. The park is still an active military fort maintained by the US Army Reserve. Thanks to Daniel for recommending some awesome spots for our photo shoot around Fort Totten.
