We recently had the privilege of spending some time with Annie + Kevin, a warm and loving couple, during their beautiful engagement session and wedding celebration at the Chateau Briand. Annie + Kevin were great to work with and we enjoyed getting to know them. The day began at Dumbo Brooklyn, a perfect setting for a romantic first look and bridal portraits with the soon-to-be newlyweds. Chateau Briand was also a perfect setting for memorable ceremony, coupled with tons of tears and laughter through the dances and speeches. Congratulations again and we wish you both the best!

Dyker Beach Golf Course wedding Photos | Yuen + Larry

Autumn in New York brings out some of the most beautiful colors and landscapes. We were lucky to catch the last bit of the fall foliage in Dumbo Brooklyn for Yuen + Larry’s wedding. Yuen + Larry had their first look in Dumbo, and enjoyed a few quiet moments together strolling and taking pictures at Jane’s Carousel and along the waterfront before their wedding party began. Yuen + Larry held their wedding at the beautiful Dyker Beach Golf Course in Brooklyn, where the newlywed couple celebrated their union with lots of love, laughter and dancing! We had a lot of fun capturing these special moments between them. Congratulations!

Brooklyn Bridge Park Dumbo engagement photos | Annie + Kevin

As a fellow local Brooklynite, I have to say Brooklyn Bridge Park located in Dumbo Brooklyn is still one of my favorite locations in Brooklyn for a photo shoot. It offers many unique backgrounds and local vibes as well as the breathtaking view of the NYC skyscrapers. Kevin proposed to Annie in front of the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory and it was a great way to revisit that special occasion by choosing Dumbo as their engagement session location. We started our session during the early morning hours with a hike on the Brooklyn Bridge. We had an awesome time capturing the many warm moments between Annie + Kevin. Thank you both for being wonderful and adventurous. All the braving of the cold, climbing onto rocks and walking on uneven paths was definitely well worth the effort. We are excited for your upcoming wedding and congratulations again!

Hillside Swim Club wedding photos | Jessa + Joe

Given the warm fall start that we had this year, we had the chance to capture Jessa + Joe’s fall wedding on a beautiful warm day full of sunlight and fall foliage. Jessa + Joe tied the knot at the Calvary Chapel and continued their celebrations and wedding reception at the the Hillside Swim Club in Staten Island. They were a fun and energetic couple to work with. Jessa + Joe’s classic Lincoln Continental also turned many heads as they drove from location to location. We are glad we had the opportunity to ride with them in their pristine classic car – definitely not something we get to do everyday! Central Park Engagement Photos | Yuen + Larry

Central Park is an iconic location in New York City for photos and we recently had the pleasure of capturing Yuen + Larry’s engagement session there. We had a great time exploring Central Park, stopping at all the popular locations such as Bethesda Fountain, Bow Bridge and The Mall and Literary Walk. One of my favorite moments from this beautiful fall shoot was the ending of the session with a row boat ride. There’s nothing more romantic than spending a lovely afternoon on a row boat in the middle of Central Park with your soon-to-be future spouse. Yuen + Larry are great to work with. Thanks for hanging in there for our long walk through Central Park (my phone app tells me we logged over 5+ miles that day!). We are looking forward to your wedding later this fall and enjoy the photos!
