Many times clients would ask for recommendations on locations. The
possibilities are endless, but my reply would generally advise them to
choose a spot with good lighting. But that's not the only criteria that
matters. For this shoot, it was all about location. A carefully
chosen location can be so critical to the photo shoot. It can be a spot
that holds special memories for the couple, or it can be a spot that
best represents the couple's interests and hobbies. I was excited when
Elizabeth and Carmine decided to have their engagement photo shoot at
the New York Aquarium.
Elizabeth and Carmine are both passionate about fish! With season passes for unlimited visits to the Aquarium, it seems like the most logical place to have a photo shoot. On one hand we're visiting Elizabeth and Carmine's favorite sea-life, and on the other, we're snapping away through the exhibits. It was an all-around day of fun, and I really enjoyed shooting another fun memory for Elizabeth and Carmine, especially when they're a couple so in love (with each other and with fishes!)
